1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk665 platform and all its services. By accessing the tk665 website or mobile version, registering, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

tk665 is an online gaming and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of the applicable laws in their country or region before accessing and using this platform. Online gambling may be regulated in your area — please comply with local laws.

Along with these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. These complement one another and must be read together.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and use services on the tk665 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• A person may open only one account.
• An account may not be operated on behalf of any third party.

tk665 may at any time request submission of a government-issued identity document (national ID card, passport, or birth certificate) for age and identity verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registering with tk665 requires a valid email address and mobile number. Once registration is complete, you will receive a personal account for your personal use only.

Please keep the following in mind regarding account security:

• Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.

If false information is provided in an account, multiple accounts are operated, or a third party is allowed to use the account, tk665 reserves the right to immediately close that account and confiscate any balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk665 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following mobile banking methods:

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits from mobile numbers registered in the name of a third party are not accepted.
• Deposit amounts are added to the account immediately; if there is a problem, contact the support team.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and the same number used at the time of deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance (see Section 5 for details).
• If identity verification is not completed, additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tk665 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. The terms of the welcome bonus currently available are stated below:

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus; total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000; total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements:

• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

General Bonus Terms:

• An account cannot receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• If a bonus is misused or claimed through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• tk665 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any promotional offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside the offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on tk665 are operated according to specific rules. Detailed rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

• All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Our platform is committed to fair play principles.
• If a technical problem occurs during a game, tk665 reserves the right to cancel or restart that round.
• Game results are final. If a connection is lost during gameplay, the game state will be saved and can be resumed after reconnecting.
• Price fluctuations in sports betting markets are normal. A bet is confirmed at the price displayed at the time it is placed.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and verifiable in real-time video.

If a dispute arises over a game result, the game log will be reviewed. The matter will be resolved subject to review by tk665's technology team, and their decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk665 platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses or offers.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to access or hack the game system or software.
• Colluding with other users in a pre-arranged manner to play unfairly.
• Providing false information to deceive the account verification process.
• Operating an account for business or commercial purposes rather than personal use.
• Betting or playing games on behalf of or for the benefit of minors.

tk665 monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Account Closure by tk665:

In the following circumstances, tk665 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus misuse.
• Failure to pass age verification or being confirmed as a minor.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Account Closure Request by User:

You may request closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdraw any available balance before the request is processed. Any expired bonus balance on a closed account will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk665 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or the shutdown of third-party services.
• Cancellation of a game session due to an unexpected technical error.
• Compromise of account security due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial loss due to incorrect payment information provided by the user.
• Any legal consequences arising from a violation of local laws relating to online gaming.

tk665 makes every effort to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free, but cannot guarantee complete continuity. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

10 Responsible Gaming

tk665 believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. You are requested to follow the principles below:

• Only play with money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
• Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
